In MYYOGA flow classes you can expect an energetic & joyful practice in an inspiring atmosphere with focus on alignments and breath awareness.
My flow sequences contain poses and movements to create strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and deep relaxation.
We will practice each class with a special focus (e.g. back, neck, shoulder, core, detox, hips, sleep, hormones, mood… ) to support your health, healing and well-being.
The warming energy and deep breathing during your practice will give you a magical body feeling!
